Instone Real Estate Development is planning to build a residential project in Mannheim’s Franklin quarter. The property, located at Thomas-Jefferson-Strasse, will offer 201 units and a day care center. The project, called “living rooms Jefferson St,” will feature units ranging from 62 sqm to 124 sqm in two- to four-room apartments. Prices will start at €3,200 per sqm. Construction is expected to start at the end of 2017, with completion scheduled for 2019.
