Insula adds two more resi projects to Florida portfolio

Insula Companies recently acquired two more apartment complexes on the Florida property market. totaling 284 units. Earlier this year, Insula bought the 120-unit Club at Lake Jackson in Tallahassee and is planning a $800,000 renovation to reposition the asset. Insula also acquired the 164-unit Village Green Apartments in Altamonte Springs from a private owner, where it has planned a major $1.5 million makeover. Insula specializes in apartment community acquisition and revitalization on behalf of private investors
