The Glenn Apartment complex in Orlando has been acquired by Sarasota-based Insula in a $42 million transaction. Located at 10801 Heather Ridge Circle, the property provides 396 luxury residences ranging in size from 615 to 1,075 square feet. The community’s features include three swimming pools, a sand volleyball court and a newly constructed 2,500-square-foot fitness center with spin and yoga room. Opened in 2009, the deal marks the company’s largest purchase to date, as well as its 25th strategic acquisition. The asset traded for just under $106,060 per unit.
