Integra Investments has purchased the former BankAtlantic headquarters in Cypress Creek for $21 million. The 185,000 square foot office building is located on West Cypress Creek Road next to the Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport and sold for a little over $113 per square foot. The two story building sits on 14 acres offering 687 parking spaces and was renovated in 2005. The seller, BB&T, has kept the site empty after acquiring it from its merger with BankAtlantic in 2012. The building last traded to BankAtlantic (now BB&T) for $12 million in June of 2002.
