Integra Investments and Constellation Group purchased a mixed-use office building in Miami Beach for $10.1m. The building includes 25,765 sq ft of office and 5,505 sq ft of retail space. The new owners will implement a multi-million-dollar renovation program to build a new modern lobby and common areas. “The Miami Beach office market continues to show increasing rental rates and high occupancy levels. In delivering this upgraded asset, we will surely attract top-tier tenants that value premier product in a walkable environment,” said Eduardo Otaola, principal at Constellation Group.
