Integra Investments wins financing for Hallandale Beach

A mixed-use project by Miami-based developer Integra Investments in Hallandale Beach, Hallandale ArtSquare, has received $55.8 million in financing. The mixed-use project will include 358 apartments and approximately 12,000 sqf of “community-style” retail space, including restaurants and coffee shops. Located at 413 North Federal Highway, the apartments will have amenities, including a fitness center, resort-style pool, a children’s room and a theater. Integra bought the 7.5-acre site in 2014 for $8.5 million. The developer will break ground on the residential and retail project later this month.
