LandSouth Construction has been tapped to start construction on a new apartment development, Integra Junction, a $28 million apartment community in Odessa, Fla. 30 miles northwest of Tampa. The 322 garden style apartments will be located on State Road 54 and Black Lake Road in Pasco County, on a 15.4-acre parcel three miles from the Suncoast Parkway interchange. The units will offer floor plans ranging in size from 764 to 1,385 square feet. The complex will feature a separate resort style clubhouse with pool, state-of-the-art fitness studio, pool room, tanning salon, media theater and a dog park. Integra Junction is being developed by Integra Land Development. Charlan Brock and Associates of Maitland, Fla. is the architect. Completion of the scheme is scheduled for March 2017.
