Intel Technology Poland (ITP) took over Allcon@park office park in Gdańsk from the local developer Allcon Investment, ISBNews reports. The value of the transaction was not disclosed. Intel has taken over all five of the office buildings that make up the complex. Cushman & Wakefield represented Intel in the deal.
ITP has occupied the building since 1999, employing 19,000 IT specialists for its local operations, which makes it one of the company’s biggest R&D centers globally.
Located at Słowackiego street, near Lecha Wałęsy airport, the project provides 27,000 sqm of office space. Allcon Investment is a part of Allcon group which includes Allcon Budownictwo and Allcon Osiedla. The group is an investor, developer, contractor and manager for its portfolio in Poland.
