In the biggest lease transaction in the TriCity office sector this year, IT specialist Intel is taking nearly 10,000 sqm of space at Tryton Business House. The transaction has pushed the occupancy rate in the project to nearly 80 percent. CBRE brokered the deal on behalf of the tenant.
“TriCity’s office market has definitely entered a mature phase, which continues attracting the SCC/BPO sector,” says Mariusz Wiśniewski, senior associate director at CBRE in Gdańsk, adding that he expects to see a number of transactions of this size, including both new leases, as well as relocations and consolidations.
Delivered in the first half of the year, Tryton Business House added about 22,000 sqm of offices to Gdańsk’s CBD at the corner of Jana z Kolna and Wałów Piastowskich streets. The project has already secured a BREEAM certificate.
