InterAgro announced it will open five gas stations next year in southern Romania under the Bif brand. InterAgro currently owns two stations in Zimnicea county and plans to expand its Romanian network to include at least two gas stations in each county in an investment that will run between €80m and €85m. Each new gas station will cost the company around €1m to open.

InterAgro plans to increase the percentage of bioethanol that is mixed with gasoline to lower costs, said Octavian Stănculeţ, Director of Bio Fuel Energy, which is part of the InterAgro group.
