Interbrands Marketing & Distribution leased 24,830 sqm of logistics and office space at P3 Bucharest A1. Interbrands has been a tenant at the park since 2006 and has decided to move to a larger warehouse to support Orbico Group’s expansion operations in Romania. P3 Bucharest A1 offers 380,000 sqm in 14 warehouses. There is also space to develop an additional 100,000 sqm of logistics spaces, with potential delivery within eight to 12 months.
