Intercom Project started construction on a mixed-use project in Varna’s Mladost district. Opal will include office space as well as apartments on six floors. The ground floor will feature a My Market grocery store.
The scheme will also include 34 underground parking spots. Intercom Project will finance the project with its own funds. Completion is set for summer 2017.
