InterContinental Hotels Group signed a management agreement with Delta Holding for an InterContinental Hotel in Ljubljana. Construction is scheduled to start by the end of the year.
Delta Holding will invest €42m in the 21-story hotel, which will have 165 rooms, two banquet halls for 500 guests, several conference rooms and a wellness center.
Delta Holding and InterContinental Hotels Group have worked together on several projects since 2007. They have also signed a management agreement for the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Belgrade.
