International Campus has completed a new student residence in Hannover’s Nordstadt district. Called The Fizz, the property will provide living space for 303 students on seven floors, as well as 37 parking spots and 200 bicycle stands. The scheme includes a lounge area, a communal kitchen, a study and seminar and a central reception area with house manager service. Located on Ecke Hintere Schoneworth, the residence will be open in time for the start of the 2015/2016 winter semester. International Campus AG, an investor, developer and operator of innovative student residences, has just started leasing units at The Fizz Hannover.
