International Campus and Alkyon Partners GmbH are developing apartments for students in Kraków. The investment will be operated by International Campus under the brand THE FIZZ. Located on the science and technology campus, the apartment building will offer 1,000 units. THE FIZZ will include extensive communal areas, 88 underground parking spots and 33 outdoor parking spots as well as 970 spots for bicycles.
