Internos Global Investors has exchanged contracts for the acquisition of the NH Hotel Cologne MediaPark from InfraRed Capital Partners for €29.5m, on behalf of the Internos Hotel Real Estate Fund. Located in Cologne’s city center, the 4-start hotel offers 217 rooms, bar, restaurant and conference rooms. Following this acquisition, the fund will be closing to €400m of assets under management, a figure it expects to rise to €500m once all of the capital it has raised is deployed through acquisitions now being negotiated.
