In a deal worth €23.1m, Internos Global Investors acquired the NH Hotel Santo Stefano in Turin, Italy, as part of its Hotel Real Value Plus platform. The seller is the Italian property developer Immobiliare Galileo S.r.l. The four-star hotel offers 125 rooms, a restaurant, bar, nine conference rooms as well as 43 parking spots. Earlier this year, Internos bought Triforum in Cologne for €53m for Hotel Real Value Plus. The company is planning to invest a total of €130m in hotel acquisitions in Germany, Italy and Spain this year.
