Internos Spezialfondsgesellschaft mbH has sold the Steigenberger Hotel Remarque in Osnabrück to a private investor on behalf of Euro Property 1, a fund it manages. Both sides agreed not to disclose the purchase price. The 156-room 4-star hotel was acquired by Euro Property 1 in in 2005. The fund invests in office, logistics, retail and hotel properties. In all, it has €218m invested in nine properties in five European countries.
