Invesco Real Estate has acquired the Omega-Büropark offices in Munich as well as two other office properties in Prague and Milan for its special fund. The purchase price was approximately €140m in total. Omega-Büropark is located on Baierbrunner Strasse and offers 17,800 sqm of space. The seller is Wöhr+Bauer. The office complex in Prague, located in the city’s Karlín district, offers 11,500 sqm of office space, while the third property, located in Milan’s historic Via Crocefisso district, features 8,500 sqm of space.
