Invesco Real Estate and Thor Equities acquired 11 Puerta del Sol in Madrid for €65m. Located between Plaza Mayor and Gran Via, the high street corner retail property offers 1,144 sqm of space. Many new tenants have set up flagship stores on Puerta del Sol over the last few years including Apple, Top Shop, Sephora and Women’s Secret.
