Invesco is planning to invest €30m into the construction of a 15,000 sqm residential development in Valencia. The new scheme will feature 58, two- to five-bedroom homes as well as a gym. The homes will be sold for between €3,000 and €3,200 per sqm, according to market sources. The project will go up between Paseo de la Ciudadela and Cronista Carreres in the Ciudadela building.
