SEE RE One is building a warehouse for Continental Matador Rubber near Trenčín in Slovakia. The construction company Goldbeck should complete the 90,000 sqm warehouse, located near the D1 exit, by the end of 2016. CBRE is overseeing project financing. SEE RE One is owned by the Romanian investment group Invest4see, which has already completed several warehouses for Continental.
