iO Partners, real estate services company headquartered in Vienna and JLL preferred partner in Romania, Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia, announced the appointment of Andrei Văcaru as Regional Head of Capital Markets for CEE. Andrei brings to the role extensive experience and a deep understanding of the industry, having been an integral part of the company since its establishment in Romania 16 years ago.
