Former football player and coach Ioan Andone has residential projects with over 260 apartments in the north of Bucharest and the Olimp resort in the pipeline and in the process of approval.
Andone’s newest project is on a 3,000 sqm plot of land located in the villa area of the Pipera district of Voluntari. The boutique project in Pipera, called ERA La Reserva, will have two basements dedicated to parking and 5 floors divided into 35 apartments. The built area of the complex will be 11,800 sqm. The construction investment, excluding the cost of the land, is estimated at around EUR 10 million.
The Andone family also has a 150-apartment residential project in the seaside resort of Olimp in the pipeline. The La Reserva Natura project in Olimp has a 3,500 sqm plot of land on which it is proposed to build a block with two basements, ground floor and six floors.
Ioan Andone is also involved in the development of the second phase of the Ambiance Residence complex in Pipera, where the buildings are due to be completed in the coming months.
