Globalworth head Ioannis Papalekas recently signed a deal to buy Timisoara Airport Park from Invest4SEE. Colliers International brokered the deal, which cost €18m upfront. Globalworth is planning to invest an additional €17m to expand the project. The light industrial park is located northeast of Timisoara, near the Traian Vuia International Airport. The park’s tenants include tenant the automotive group Valea and German car parts and tire manufacturer Continental, which lease a total of 72,835 sqm.
