Ion Chirescu and Hai Solomon prepare premium residential project

10 November 2022

Architect Ion Chirescu, owner of the Museum of Romanian Records, has partnered with Israeli entrepreneur Hai Solomon, who developed Obor Towers, and together they are preparing the construction of a boutique residential project with premium apartments in the north of Bucharest.

The two investors advanced in the authorization process of their residential project on Smaranda Brăescu street, no. 46. They plan to build, on the 2,500 sqm plot, a block with 83 premium apartments, to which 100 parking spaces are added in the basement of the building. The construction will have a height of 20 meters, distributed over 4 floors.

The investment is close to the Art Business Center building, also developed by Ion Chirescu and sold in 2017 to Hili Properties. Last year, Chirescu built another wing of the Art Business Center building, with an area of about 500 sqm.
