Former professional tennis and ice hockey player Ion Tiriac wants to build a residential scheme on the former IFMA Elevators Manufacture and Assembly Facility near Grant Bridge in Bucharest. The Grant residential complex will feature 80-meter tall buildings as well as low-rise buildings. The project will also include many green spaces with vertical gardens and swimming pools.
