Ipsos Interactive Services has extended its lease agreement at the Riverplace office complex in central Bucharest. The rental contract for the 6,000 sqm office space was extended for six years. The Griffes real estate consultancy assisted in the lease extension process. The Riverplace complex offers 47,000 sqm of leasable space in two buildings. The project is owned by CA Immo.
