Iran has threatened to cut oil exports to the Czech Republic, adding to a ban announced on France and Britain, according to the Iranian Oil Ministry. The country has said it would do the same to other European countries including Italy, Portugal, Spain and others. It says, the countries will have to sign contracts of up to five years in order to guarantee deliveries. The threat appears to be a retaliation for votes by these countries to support European sanctions to Iran in connection to its nuclear program and will be discussed by the parliament in the coming days.
