Irca Polska signed a lease on 800 sqm at the Segro Business Park in Ożarów, west of Warsaw. More than 200 sqm of the space will be used for offices and a showroom. JLL brokered the deal. Irca Polska is currently part of Agart Pro, but is planning to break away from Agart Pro in mid-2016. Segro Business Park Warsaw-Ożarów is a modern class A warehouse facility which will eventually provide 86,000 sqm of logistics and light production space.
