Is it time for Hungary, Romania and Slovakia to join the investment party?

9 September 2014

The upcoming international CEDEM conference will focus on commercial real estate topics from around the CEE region. The investment market has taken off in Poland and in the Czech Republic, but with yields falling in the core markets of those countries and improving fundamentals across the rest of CEE, is there now a window of opportunity for investors to acquire assets in Romania, Slovakia and Hungary? This panel will focus on the opportunities available for investment in countries where investment volume has been relatively weak until now.

Confirmed speakers for the panel discussion titled “Is it time for Hungary, Romania and Slovakia to join the investment party?” include: Mark Rea (Sentient), David Brodersen (Heitman), Mike Edwards (Cushman & Wakefield), Victor Constantinescu (Biris Goran) and Tim O’Sullivan (CBRE).
