Isaria Wohnbau has acquired a residential project at Graumannsweg in Hamburg-Hohenfelde. The project will include 31 residental units, as well as a commercial unit of approximately 2,000 sqm. The project volume is around €8.5m, with the construction work set to begin in spring 2017. Completion of the project is currently planned for spring 2018. The future residential project is situated in a popular location near Outer Alster Lake.
