In a deal worth €95m, ISOC Group has acquired three office buildings at the Business Garden complex in Wroclaw from Vastint Poland. The three office buildings are located on Legnicka street and were completed in 2016 as part of the first stage of the investment. The tenant mix includes Becton Dickinson, Capgemini, Dolby Laboratories and Ceneo. The project has a LEED Platinum certificate.
