ISOC Group bought the Argon building at the Alchemia Office Complex in Gdańsk. Cushman & Wakefield advised the seller, Torus, during the sales process. ISOC Group, which is represented in Poland by its partner Augusta Cracovia Sp. z o.o., received support from Greenberg Traurig, JLL, Dil Polska Baumanagement and Infinity Partners. The transaction was financed by Bank BGŻ BNP Paribas. Argon is the third building to go up within the Alchemia complex. The LEED Platinum property offers 38,000 sqm of leasable space, 36,00 sqm of which are offies. Tenants include Lufthansa Systems Poland, Marine Harvest, Luxoft and Wirtualna Polska Group.
