The Italian real estate portal Immobiliare has acquired Enalquiler from Grupo Intercom. The price of the deal was not disclosed. Enalquiler and Immobiliare both specialize in housing rentals. Enalquiler employs more than 75 people at its headquarters in Barcelona and Madrid. In 2015, the company posted a turnover of around €3m. The transaction is Grupo Intercom’s 17th sale. The company sold Bodas.net to the US portal WeddingWire in 2015.
