Work on the total reconstruction of the Italská 8 Residence is continuing according to plan. The apartments on the second to the fifth floors received final approval in January. The project’s exclusive agent is the Svoboda & Williams real estate agency.
The Italská 8 Residence is a painstakingly renovated typical Vinohrady apartment building located in a popular area between náměstí Míru Square and Riegrovy sady Park. Spread out over six floors, it will offer 24 one-bedroom units and one two-bedroom apartment. Clients can select between three types of interiors, each of which will include oak floors, wooden doors, wooden casement windows, and brand-named sanitary ware in the bathrooms.
