Ithaca Capital Partners is under contract to purchase two Courtyard by Marriott hotels in the capitals of Costa Rica and the Dominican Republic. The deal includes the 120-room Courtyard by Marriott near San Jose, Costa Rica, as well as the brand’s 145-room location in Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic. Common amenities at both properties include a gym, an outdoor swimming pool, meeting space, on-site parking, and food and beverage services. Ithaca Capital’s advisors in the deal were Aleco Haralambides and LMV Law. The price was not disclosed.
