ITT-Real Estate is planning to build a 107-meter mixed-use tower in Skopje. The construction site for ITower in the Macedonian capital’s central square has already been cleared.
Completion is set for October 2018. ITT-Real Estate purchased the 4.6-acre plot in 2003 for almost €7m and secured building permits for the project in September 2012. The scheme will include offices, an apartment-hotel, retail and underground parking.
