Iulius Company started construction on its Palas Campus mixed-use project in Iasi. The investment is valued at more than €120m. With a built area of more than 86,000 sqm, the project will include six buildings and underground parking for 625 vehicles. In addition to the class A office component, the project will include outdoor coworking space, a new food market concept, with restaurants, cafes and terraces, a medical hub, and also a service area.
