Iulius Group broke ground on a new office building at its Openville Timişoara mixed-use project. This is the second office building that is being developed under the United Business Center (UBC) brand. UBC 1 will offer 13,000 sqm of leasable space. Completion is set for spring 2017.
A €220m investment, Openville is Iulius Group’s second mixed-use scheme after Palas Iaşi. Construction began in September 2015 on the UBC 2 office building. Completion is set for this fall.
