Iulius Group completed United Business Center 2 (UBC 2), the the first of seven class A office building planned for the Openville Timişoara mixed-use project. UBC 2 offers 18,000 sqm of space on 12 floors. The building is fully leased to Ness Software Engineering Services, Autoliv România, PwC România, and Bitdefender.
Iulius Group’s office portfolio currently includes nine operating class A office buildings, with a gross leasable area of 106,000 sqm, developed under the United Business Center brand. The second building set to go up at Openville Timişoara will offer 13,000 sqm of space on 12 floors. Iulius Group has already signed a lease with Atos. The international IT services provider will take 6,000 sqm in the building.
