Iulius Group is planning to develop a four-story 9,000 sqm office building under its United Business Center (UBC) brand. UBC 6 will go up near UBC 3 within Iulius Group’s Palas Iasi mixed-used scheme. UBC 6, which is already fully leased, will be connected with Palas Mall.
Palas Iasi currently includes four class A office buildings, under the United Business Center brand, with a leasable area of 38,000 sqm. UBC 5 is currently underway and will offer 15,000 sqm of space. The project will offer 62,000 sqm of office space once UBC 6 and UBC 5 are completed.
Iulius Group’s portfolio includes four shopping centers in Iasi, Timisoara, Cluj and Suceava and two office buildings in Iasi and Cluj-Napoca: Iulius Business Center (7,500 sqm) and United Business Center Tower (10,000 sqm). Iulius Group will break ground this fall on a new €220m multifunctional scheme called Openville, located near Iulius Mall Timisoara.
