Iulius Real Estate has started the authorization of a mixed project in the Romexpo area in Bucharest, between Crowne Plaza, the future project of the Tiriac Group and Romexpo.
The project includes a multifunctional complex, which will include a business center, retail area and services on a plot of land of about 10,500 sqm. The land was purchased from the Globe Trade Center in 2017. GTC planned in 2006 through the company Green Dream to build a residential project with seven blocks of seven storeys each and a total of 225 apartments.
