IVG closes last acquisition for Warsaw fund

IVG Warsaw Fund, managed by IVG Institutional Funds GmbH, closed the acquisition of the Chmielna 25 project in Warsaw. The transaction marks the last investment to be made by the fund on the Warsaw market. The fund includes seven projects located in the Warsaw city center. IVG’s Maciej Zajdel said that the fund’s goal was to invest in the capital’s key districts, including Old Town Centre, Small City, South-West Centre and West Centre as well as the city’s high streets and prime and core locations.
Delivered by developer LHI, Chmielna 25 offers a total of 4,500 sqm of offices on six floors as well as 1,800 sqm of retail space. Tenants include Smyk, H&M, LPP, Nexstep and Bank Deutsche Hypothekenbank.
