IVG added the Chmielna 25 office project to its portfolio this month. The seller was LHI. The value of the transaction is being kept confidential. Offering about 45,000 sqm of office and 1,800 sqm of retail space, Chmielna 25 was delivered last year. Tenants include Smyk, LHI and Deutsche Hypothekenbank.
Focusing on the modernization of the medium-sized office buildings in Warsaw, the German fund has revitalized the Pałac Młodziejowskiego and Próżna projects.
