IWM Automation has leased 3,800 sqm of warehouse and office space at Hillwood Ruda Śląska. The company is the warehouse park’s first tenant and will move to the property in the third quarter of this year. BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland advised the tenant during the lease process. Hillwood Ruda Śląska, one of the largest projects of this type in the region, is located on Zabrzańska street and will eventually offer a total of 100,000 sqm of warehouse and office space.
