IWM Automation has leased 3,800 sqm of warehouse and office space at the Hillwood Ruda Śląska logistics park near Katowice. BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland represented the tenant during the lease process. IWM Automation is the park’s first tenant. Hillwood Ruda Śląska will eventually offer 100,000 sqm of space. IWM Automation will move to the property in the third quarter of this year, following the completion of the first 32,000 sqm phase of the project.
