Izabela Kapil has been appointed director of landlord representation at Colliers International. She has 13 years of experience in office leasing and investment management in Central and Eastern Europe. Before joining Colliers seven years ago, she served as vice president at Heitman Financial, where she managed a 260,000 sqm portfolio of properties with a total value of more than €500m. She was responsible for strategic planning, supervising tenders and creating lease strategies among other duties.
