J&T Real Estate is planning to add a residential component to the Triangel office complex, set to go up next to Panorama City and the new national theater in Bratislava. The triangle-shaped complex, between Čulenova and Pribinova streets, will now include 65 flats on 10 floors. The scheme’s nine-story section will offer 10,000 sqm of office space. The bottom two floors will accommodate retail and services. A parking garage will include 210 spots, with additional parking available in Tower 115. Construction is scheduled to get underway in the first half of 2018 with costs estimated at €25m.
