J&T Bank and the investor Memento have agreed on financing for a residential project that the company is building in Bratislava’s Prievoz district. The project, called Mierová, is located between Mierova and Gagarinova streets and will offer 61 units in two 6-story apartment buildings. The flats will range from 37 to 160 sqm and are on offer at prices starting on €2,000/sqm. Shell and core should be completed in August 2016 and sales were launched in March. Prievoz is a popular residential location in Bratislava, meaning that Mierova will have to compete with projects such as Perla Ružinova, New Gardens or Gagarinka. YIT plans to add 800 flats in Bergamon, a project it bought last year.
